HumanCRM Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 8, 2026
This page explains what HumanCRM collects, how it is used, and what choices you have when you use the app or the public website.
Short version
HumanCRM is built to help you manage personal relationships and follow-ups. It stores the data you choose to enter, requests device permissions only for optional features, and uses a small set of service providers to authenticate users, store app data, process optional screenshot uploads, and monitor app reliability.
What HumanCRM collects
Account information you provide when you create or use an account, such as your email address and authentication details handled through Supabase.
Relationship data you enter in the app, including people records, notes, lists, activities, scheduled events, and other follow-up details.
Optional uploads you choose to add, such as contact photos and conversation screenshots.
Technical and diagnostic data used to keep the app working, including crash and error reporting through Sentry.
Permissions and optional features
Contacts access is optional and used only if you choose to import people from your device contacts or let the app detect newly added contacts.
Photo library access is optional and used only when you upload a contact photo or add conversation screenshots.
Google Calendar links are opened only when you choose to send an event to Google Calendar.
How your data is used
To create and maintain your account, sync your records, and show your people, notes, events, and activity history across sessions.
To power app features such as dashboard suggestions, follow-up planning, contact import, and conversation history.
If you upload conversation screenshots, HumanCRM may process those images to extract text and update summaries tied to the related person record.
To diagnose failures, monitor reliability, and improve the product.
Sharing and service providers
HumanCRM uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, file storage, and server-side functions that support the app.
HumanCRM uses Sentry for crash reporting and technical diagnostics.
If you choose to open a Google Calendar event, the event details needed for that action are sent to Google through the calendar link you open.
HumanCRM does not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account and app content is generally retained while your account remains active so the service can continue to operate.
Some data may remain in backups, logs, or security records for a limited period after removal.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, use the support or contact channel associated with the place where you obtained or access HumanCRM.
Your choices
You can decide whether to grant contacts or photo permissions, and you can change those permissions later in your device settings.
You can choose whether to upload screenshots or photos, whether to import contacts, and whether to open Google Calendar links.
If this policy changes in a material way, the effective date on this page will be updated.
